What is the WM Regeneration Placement Service?

A flexible, cost effective and easy way of accessing new talent. The WM Regeneration Placement Service helps graduates and undergraduates take their first step up the regeneration career ladder. Operating across the West Midlands we don’t employ people ourselves, but act as a ‘broker’: understanding your business needs and matching you to exciting new talent, with buckets of enthusiasm and a desire to learn.

The Service is so much more than a recruitment agency, it’s also your opportunity to invest in the future of regeneration, bringing on and developing a new regeneration of talent, and addressing the skills shortages that are impacting our business.

What can it do for my business?

This is quite simply an accessible, fast and low cost way of getting high quality staff who are really passionate about your area of work.

How does the service work?

Our placement service is very flexible – we invest time in understanding your needs and then help you to develop a placement to meet these. There is no fixed type of placement, location or duration, we offer 8 week placements, to permanent jobs… from paid to voluntary placements… it is up to you.

Using our uptodate database of graduates we advertise the placements, target specific people and co-ordinate the recruitment process for you.

We are not an employer or an agency, but a broker. Our service is free, and our customers tell us it is easy, efficient and friendly
